These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and philsot. By creating an account, making a deposit, or playing any game on the philsot platform, you acknowledge that you are 21 years of age or older, located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal, and that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

2.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with philsot's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotional terms, form the entire agreement between philsot and the Player regarding use of the Platform.
2.2 By registering an Account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any Game on the Platform, the Player unconditionally accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
2.3 philsot reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
2.4 These Terms are provided in the English language. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
Age Restriction: The philsot Platform is strictly reserved for individuals aged 21 years or older. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine law. Underage gambling is prohibited. philsot employs mandatory KYC verification to enforce this requirement. Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all associated funds will be withheld pending investigation.
3.1 To register and maintain an Account on philsot, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
3.2 philsot reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, or government-issued national ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
3.3 philsot employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect underage access and fraudulent registrations. Where philsot has reasonable grounds to suspect that eligibility criteria have not been met, the Account may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice.
4.1 Each Player may maintain only one (1) Account on the philsot Platform. Registration of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.
4.2 When registering an Account, Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address as these appear on their government-issued identification. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. philsot shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to an Account resulting from a Player's failure to adequately protect their credentials.
4.4 Players must notify philsot immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of their Account by contacting support via Live Chat. philsot reserves the right to temporarily suspend an Account while investigating a reported security breach.
4.5 Players must not share their Account with any other person. Account transfers, sales, or assignments are strictly prohibited.
4.6 philsot reserves the right to close dormant Accounts — those with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months — subject to applicable Philippine laws regarding unclaimed funds.
philsot accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) only, processed through the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (TRC20). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to the Player's Account within 60 seconds of successful transaction completion. Bank transfer deposits may take 5 to 30 minutes depending on the issuing bank's processing time.
philsot reserves the right to decline a deposit transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. Deposits from third-party payment sources — i.e., payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name — are prohibited and may result in Account suspension.
Players may request a withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for deposit, subject to channel availability. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. philsot does not charge withdrawal processing fees; however, Players should be aware that their payment provider may apply standard transaction charges.
philsot is fully compliant with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). philsot reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds for large transactions or where unusual activity patterns are detected. philsot may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) in accordance with its legal obligations.
6.1 philsot offers various promotional bonuses to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.
6.2 Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion terms) must be wagered before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
6.3 philsot reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, except that no modification shall retroactively affect an active promotion already accepted by a Player who is in the process of satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.
6.4 Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time, unless the specific promotion terms expressly permit otherwise. Players must not claim bonuses using multiple Accounts — any such activity constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in permanent Account suspension.
6.5 philsot reserves the right to determine that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic wagering to minimize risk to bonus funds. In such cases, philsot may void the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
7.1 All Games offered on the philsot Platform are governed by their individual game rules as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing and understanding applicable game rules before participating.
7.2 All RNG-based Games on the philsot Platform use random number generators that are independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. Game outcomes are statistically random and not subject to manipulation by philsot or any third party.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, philsot will endeavor to recover the game state from server logs. If recovery is not possible, wagers placed during the affected period may be voided and the staked funds returned to the Player's Account balance.
7.4 Where a Game is made available in "demo" or "free play" mode, no real funds are wagered and no real winnings may be derived. Players using demo mode do not need to be logged in, but registration is required to access real-money gameplay.
7.5 philsot reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where there is evidence of exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or undeclared game rules. Participation in any Game constitutes acceptance of its rules as the definitive basis for resolving disputes about the outcome of that Game.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the philsot Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities:
8.2 philsot employs real-time fraud detection systems. Where prohibited activity is detected, philsot reserves the right to immediately freeze the affected Account, reverse associated transactions, and report the matter to PAGCOR and applicable law enforcement authorities without prior notice.

9.2 philsot will not allow a self-excluded Player to reactivate their Account until the exclusion period has expired and the Player has completed a re-evaluation process consistent with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines.
9.3 philsot reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures on any Account where patterns of behavior suggest a risk of problem gambling, including but not limited to mandatory deposit limits or Account review.
10.1 All content on the philsot Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of philsot or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
10.3 Players must not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from any software component of the Platform.
11.1 philsot collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the National Privacy Commission's implementing regulations. The types of data collected, the purposes of processing, and Players' data subject rights are described in detail in philsot's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
11.2 By registering an Account, Players consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including processing for KYC verification, AML compliance, and regulatory reporting obligations to PAGCOR.
11.3 philsot will not sell, rent, or transfer Players' personal data to third parties except as required by Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, or as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, philsot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, even if philsot has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.2 philsot's total cumulative liability to any Player for any cause of action arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 philsot does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. philsot will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain Platform availability but makes no guarantees as to uptime.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits philsot's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by philsot's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
13.1 philsot reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
13.2 Upon Account termination for cause, philsot reserves the right to withhold any funds in the Account pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that a breach of these Terms occurred, philsot may forfeit all or part of the Account balance in accordance with applicable regulations and the specific nature of the breach.
13.3 A Player may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting philsot support. Upon voluntary closure, the remaining Account balance less any applicable fees will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from or connected with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Any dispute relating to a game outcome, transaction, bonus, or Account decision must be raised in the first instance with philsot's customer support team within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. philsot will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a complete complaint submission.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through philsot's internal complaints process, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority. Players and philsot submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes.
14.4 philsot's determination on any game outcome based on its server-side logs shall be final and binding in the absence of manifest error.
15.1 philsot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via email notification to the registered Account email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the amendments taking effect.
15.2 Where amendments are required to comply immediately with a PAGCOR directive, applicable law, or regulatory change, philsot may implement such amendments without prior notice and such amendments will take effect immediately upon publication.
15.3 A Player's continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the amended Terms must close their Account before the effective date of the amendment.
